The room was well-appointed and clean, and I liked that it had smoke detectors. Having a swimming pool view was a good bonus. The venue was in a very central location, just a short walk to a quiet area, Marrakech, the markets, and the main square.

Brand-new triple room was comfy. It had plenty of facilities, including a laptop safe, central heating and a private entrance etc. The location was great, short walk to the main square and the souks, the touristic areas of Marrakech and the markets.

We had a great time during our 4-night stay, with the staff being super professional and helpful, even assisting us with public parking.

The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also great, close to the main attractions and easy to navigate. the riad was beautifully decorated and had a comfortable ambiance, making it a pleasure to relax and unwind.

The noise from the outside street was quite disruptive at night and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. It would have been helpful to have soundproof windows or a room facing the inside courtyard.
